2010 Glenn Brown Prize Nominations

To make a nomination for the Glenn Brown Prize please fill out the following form, providing information about you, the nominee, and a completed Glenn Brown Prize Cover Sheet, the template of which can be downloaded in Microsoft Word format here. As an alternative to using the Word file, you may complete the information requested on the template (items A-D, also given on-line here) in a program of your choice and upload the document as a single pdf file.

After you have completed the submission, you will be sent an email to verify your nomination. You will also be issued a confirmation number which you should reference when mailing a copy of the nominee's thesis. Should you not have received the confirmation email within two working days after your submission, please contact the chair of the Honors & Awards committee directly.
