The ILCS Featured Liquid Crystal Picture of the Month is selected by a one-man jury, in 2012 Prof. Giusy Scalia of Seoul National University, South Korea. A new selection is done five days before the end of every month, such that the new Featured Picture of the Month and Artist of the Month pages can be prepared in time for the start of the month in which they apply.
