PhD Positions in Canada
Two PhD positions are available (immediately) with corresponding scholarships ($20k CAN/year) in the Laboratory of Photonic Materials and Components of Laval University (Quebec City, Canada). The main subjects of research are in the areas of Photonics and Biophysics.

The International Liquid Crystal Society is pleased to announce that Dr. Alexey Eremin from the University of Magdeburg, Germany, will be a juror in 2018 of the ILCS art contest.
After graduation in Biophysics at Moscow State University, Dr. Alexey Eremin received his PhD at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg in the field of Physical Chemistry. He is currently working as an associate Professor (apl. Prof.) at the University of Magdeburg (Germany). His research interest include Soft Matter and Biophysics as well as Nonlinear Physics.
